    For a peace of mind, this building has great security. It has been structurally designed so that there are so many entry points where you must provide a key fob or you will be stuck waiting outside. Tridel managed (and Tridel built). Most units have stainless steel appliances and there are floor to ceiling windows. High floors can have a view of the CN Tower. Very convenient area with 401 entrance/exit, Kennedy Commons, Scarborough Town Centre, Kennedy GO and 1 bus to Kennedy Station. Sheppard Avenue is near, so 1 bus to Fairview Mall or Rouge Hill GO Station as well.
