    The Panda Condos by Lifetime Developments is a centrally located condo only steps away from the Eaton Centre, St. Michael's Hospital, Financial District, TMU, U of T, etc. Due to its location, this condo attracts many student renters and investors looking for a decent rental yield. Things I like: - Amenities in the building are great - Finishes in the units - Low maintenance fees @0.66/SQFT Things to consider: - A lot of interior bedroom layouts - Elevator wait times can be long - I've noticed that there were multiple floods in the building from the times that I've been there Who this building is for: - If you are an investor looking for long-term cashflow, this building may be worth checking because maintenance fees are low and rental yields are high. Due to the location, rentals will always be in demand - If you are a student or a nurse who wants to be near to your study and work
