    While some Torontonians truly live in the centre of downtown Toronto; others may live in North York or even as far as Burlington or Oshawa.     The Suites

    With just over 200 units spread out amongst 13 storeys of concrete, glass, and steel, the Network Lofts offer plenty of options for residents of differing lifestyles to inhabit. Sizes range from around 550 to 1,750 square feet, and each one feels spacious as ever due to the heavy use of glass paired with open concept layouts. And because Etobicoke condos for sale are generally more affordable than those in downtown Toronto, buyers can save some money here as well.

    Those compromising on location when opting for a home here won’t have to bargain in terms of style. For example, large concrete columns provide support as well as that authentic loft look.     Located directly beside Kenway Park, residents are never lacking in green space to explore.     For some good old retail therapy, Sherway Gardens is a quick drive or bus ride away, and plays host to more than 200 shops.     Transportation

    While slightly removed from the centre of downtown Toronto, the lofts are still located on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Islington station can be reached in minutes from 2 Fieldway Road, and a bus stop at Bloor and Green Lanes is just seconds from the front doors of the Network Lofts as well.

    Car owners can ride along Bloor Street to access to downtown core. Kipling and Islington are also ideal arterial roads that carry drivers south to Lake Ontario or north to the 401. Alternatively, the 427 and the Gardiner Expressway are a couple of other fast-paced routes that provide access to all areas of Toronto, as well as toward neighbouring cities.

    From 2 Fieldway Road, Pearson International Airport is only a 15-minute ride away, making those much-needed vacations within even closer reach for residents of the lofts. As well, the Kipling GO Transit station allows residents to hop on a bus or a train for getaways a little closer to Toronto.
