    Incredible location and views, but management is inefficient, rude, and dismissive of feedback. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for resident concerns is the main issue preventing this condo from truly excelling.

    I've been living here since September and have had no issues. While I’m sure there were initial challenges with the new building, everything is now fully operational. The amenities, including the pool and gym, work well, and all elevators are functional with occasional maintenance. I’m impressed by the quality finishes in the building, and the new pharmacy and dentist in the commercial unit are a great addition. The concierge staff are friendly and always accommodating. It’s been a great experience so far.
